How Penegra works?
Penegra belongs to a group of medicines that prevents the enzymes called phosphodiesterase ( PDE5) from working too quickly. One of the areas where these enzymes operate is penis. Penegra helps the arteries in the penis relax and widen by suppressing the effect of PDE5. Due to this relaxation of the arteries there is more blood flowing through the penis.

Penegra Dosage
For most patients, the recommended dose is Penegra 50mg, taken as needed approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. However, your initial Penegra dose would be decided by your doctor upon evaluation. It is important to remember that only one dose of Penegra should be taken per day and should not be increased unless advised by your doctor. Based on effectiveness and toleration, the dose of Penegra may be increased to a maximum recommended dose of Penegra 100mg or decreased to Penegra 25mg. The amount of time Penegra takes to work varies form person to person, but normally takes half an hour to an hour. |
Penegra Side Effects
Penegra side effects are dose dependant. Common Penegra side effects are headache, flushing, dyspepsia, rhinitis and visual disturbance. These Penegra side effects are usually mild and transient, lasting a few minutes to few hours after taking Penegra.
